How to cancel a booking: To cancel an order, use the link in your confirmation email.
Prepayment: In accordance with our booking policy, you have to make prepayment 14 days prior to check-in to confirm your booking. 14 days before your arrival we will send you a payment link to make secure online payment with your credit card.
